Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace locks and security devices in residential, commercial, and automotive settings.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and professionally.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to test electrical components of locking mechanisms.
- Provide clients with recommendations for enhancing their security systems based on their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in locksmithing techniques.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proven experience as a Locksmith.
- Strong knowledge of lock mechanisms, key cutting, and security systems.
- Familiarity with using tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
