Flexible schedule Budtender and Receptionist

This is a DUAL role position.You may at times be covering our Reception which during this time you will be paid $19.00 an hour without tips as it is NOT a sales position..

WHEN WORKING AS A BUDTENDER PAY WILL BE;

Starting Pay: $15/hour Tips -WITH TIPS TYPICALLY CAN EARN $20-$30per hour!!!!!

MED Badge Required 40 Hours Perweek EXPERIENCE AND MED BADGE REQUIRED!!!!

This job requires standing for extended periods of time up to 8 hours or more. Each new hire candidate will be required to pass a knowledge based test after training to remain in the position.

Physical Requirments:

• Lifting: usually 25–50 lbs (product cases, inventory restocking, occasionally larger deliveries)
• Standing: extended periods, often most or all of a shift
• Movement: ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach (for stocking shelves, display cases, storage)
• Repetitive motion: handling small items, packaging, scanning IDs, using a register
• Mobility: walking the sales floor, moving between register and displays
• Sitting: some postings note occasional sitting, but most budtender roles are stand-heavy
• Manual dexterity: fine motor skills for handling product, counting cash, using point-of-sale systems
• Sensory: some listings mention needing adequate vision (reading labels, verifying IDs) and hearing (communicating with customers over store noise)

This position will have a different schedule each week based on business needs. You will be given your schedule a week in advance. Our hours of operation ar 8am-9:pm 7 days a week.

We are seeking a RELIABLE knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Marijuana Budtender and Receptionist to join our team. The hours are Friday-Tuesday 1:15pm-9:15pm. As a Budtender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, educational, and positive experience for our customers while helping them select the right cannabis products for their needs.

Important Requirement:
Applicants must already have a valid Colorado MED Badgeto be considered. No exceptions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Educate customers on cannabis strains, products, effects, and consumption methods
• Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their preferences and needs
• Maintain compliance with all Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado MED Badge (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for cannabis education and customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Prior cannabis or retail experience is a plus
