Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Air Crew at our entertainment center. In this role, you will be a key part of creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for guests of all ages. The Air Crew is responsible for maintaining safety protocols, assisting guests, and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Certain applicants may also have the opportunity to host birthday parties, adding to the excitement and celebration atmosphere of our venue.
Duties
- Monitor guest activity on the trampoline equipment to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with questions and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Enforce safety guidelines and respond promptly to any safety concerns or incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trampoline area and surrounding facilities.
- Host birthday parties for guests, including coordinating activities, engaging with children, and ensuring party success (for qualified applicants).
- Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure the venue is prepared for daily operations.
- Promote a fun, energetic environment that encourages guest participation and enjoyment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old or older.
- Prior experience in customer service or entertainment venues is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities associated with the role.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- For hosting birthday parties, previous experience in event hosting or childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
