Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally
- Schedule service and installation jobs
- Coordinate daily operations with technicians
- Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Create and improve office systems and processes
- Track and update company performance numbers
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed
- Assist with additional office tasks as they arise
- Be coachable, adaptable, and open to learning
- Stay self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment
