Busy, established outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. This role is ideal for a PT open to relocating to a high-quality, affordable area with excellent outdoor access and a sustainable pace of practice.
This is not a mill and not a 1:1 boutique clinic. It’s a well-run outpatient practice with clear expectations, strong support staff, and an owner who treats patients on-site.

What the role looks like:
- 40-minute patient visits
- Average 10–11 visits/day
- Double-booked 1–3 slots/day
- Strong PT Tech support
- Full-time productivity target: 52 visits/week

Compensation & support:
- Base salary range: $78,000 – $88,000, based on experience
- Productivity bonus for visits above 52/week
