What You’ll Do
- Lead the overall success of land development projects from concept through construction
- Own the profitability, scheduling, and quality of multiple projects
- Prepare budgets, technical designs, plans, specs, and client proposals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships through trust and performance
- Forecast workload and assign tasks to your technical team
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and new business opportunities
- Attend and lead client meetings (day or night, as needed)
- Conduct site visits to ensure engineering designs are successfully implemented
- Drive and support team development through performance reviews and career mentorship
- Ensure timely billing and manage project-related receivables
- Support Elevation's vision, values, and business development goals
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas (or ability to obtain quickly)
- 10 years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential or commercial)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university
- Valid driver’s license
Skills & Tools
- Expert-level knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office; Deltek experience a plus
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and leadership capability
- Fluent in the English language
