Elevation Land Solutions is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to step into a dual-impact role that blends leadership, technical oversight, and mentorship. What You’ll Do
Project Leadership (5–10 Developments per Year)
- Provide PM-level guidance to project and production teams
- Serve as the technical lead, ensuring plans align with Elevation’s vision, standards, and client expectations
- Monitor project progress and provide course corrections where needed
Peer Review & Quality Control
- Conduct timely, in-depth reviews of engineering designs and plan sets
- Proactively catch design issues to minimize rework and reduce resubmittals
- Uphold and reinforce internal design standards and best practices
Team Development & Mentorship
- Act as a coach and mentor to Designers, Drafters, and early-career Engineers
- Share knowledge and offer reasoning behind decisions to foster deeper understanding
- Champion a culture of technical excellence and accountability

What You Bring
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
