Occupational Therapist – Central Falls, RI - 2026–2027 School Year
Elevation Healthcare has partnered with a school district in the Central Falls, RI area seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year.
All applicants must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Rhode Island, or eligibility to obtain RI licensure.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct standardized and functional evaluations to identify fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and visual-motor deficits
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams during the IEP process
- Provide consultation and appropriate interventions to support student success
- Track student milestone achievement, complete compliance documentation, and report on IEP goal progress
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Rhode Island Occupational Therapist license
- Previous school-based experience preferred
