Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Savannah, Georgia for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator will oversee the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and implementing policies for efficient functioning.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care management
- Strong knowledge of Budgeting and financial operations
- Experience in Elder Care and addressing the needs of senior populations
- Ability to develop and implement effective Training programs for staff
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
