Key Responsibilities
- Represent our clients and their products or services professionally through direct, face-to-face customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition initiatives throughout Arizona.
- Conduct product presentations, explain service benefits, and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage the customer acquisition process from initial engagement through enrollment and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with sales and management teams to achieve individual and company performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and account records.
- Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership workshops, and professional development programs.
