About the Role
Elevation Energy is one of the fastest-growing residential home energy companies in California. We're expanding our field team and looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to run service calls across the Sacramento region and surrounding areas.
This isn't a typical electrician job. You'll diagnose and repair electrical systems, install home energy equipment, and connect with homeowners as a trusted advisor. You'll also have the opportunity to present our home energy membership plan with real commission on every enrollment. Part electrician, part comfort advisor, and you get paid like both.
If you're a licensed or journeyman-level electrician who's great with customers and wants to earn more than a flat hourly rate this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems
- Install and service solar panels, battery storage systems, EV chargers, and generators
- Safely work on rooftops and at heights using ladders and safety equipment
- Walk homeowners through inspection findings in plain, clear language
- Present and enroll homeowners in our home energy membership plan
- Identify upsell opportunities and make recommendations that genuinely help the customer
- Represent Elevation Energy professionally on every call
- Follow all NEC codes, local codes, and company safety standards
- Keep your truck, tools, and job sites clean and organized
Who You Are
- Journeyman-level electrician licensed preferred, experienced required
- At least 1 year of hands-on residential electrical service work
- Comfortable getting on rooftops and working in various environments
- You communicate clearly homeowners trust you quickly
- Self-motivated you don't need to be managed on every call
- Solar, battery, EV charger, or generator experience is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Someone who wants to grow, earn, and be part of something building fast

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Location: Rocklin, CA field-based across the Sacramento region
Pay: $71,987.00 - $151,235.00 per year
