Elevation ELITE Vacation Rental Mgmt LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated Vacation Rental Cleaning Manager to oversee our properties in Flagstaff, AZ. This role offers significant room for career growth within our ever expanding company. We are looking for a dedicated, upbeat professional who takes pride in maintaining luxury standards and can work independently. Must be able to work some weekends, as we are open 365 days/year. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 3 years experience servicing vacation rentals/hotels and references to back it up. Please note: this is a contract position. Because this is a managerial role, you'll get to wear a few different hats! We need someone who is equally comfortable inspecting a property, training new hires and handling the backend administrative side.
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of experience in hotel or vacation rental cleaning (must provide references).
- Readiness to handle admin tasks like calendar scheduling, accounts receivable, and quality/performance checks.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and restock vacation rental properties between guest stays.
- Perform standard housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens).
- Inspect properties and report any property damage or maintenance issues to management.
- Collect and report any items left behind by guests.
- Collaborate smoothly with team members and property management.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel/vacation rental cleaning and sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Previous hotel/vacation rental cleaning is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional towel and toilet paper folding
