Core Responsibilities of a Sales Team Member
- Represent and promote our Quantum Fiber clients telecom products and services while creating positive, engaging interactions with customers.
- Learn to identify customer needs and recommend sales solutions that provide lasting value.
- Support customer sales enrollments, account updates, and service activations with accuracy.
- Build trust by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service.
