What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coverage position at Elevation Corporate Health?
Front desk staff make our clients feel welcome and complete a variety of front desk tasks, such as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, and keeping the reception area clean and well-organized. As a team member, they are responsible for participating in programming and events in order to ensure optimal performance.
The gym is full of windows and has great views, plus a beautiful outdoor terrace. Members are very friendly and welcoming as they come in. Equipment is very new and kept up nicely!
This is an as needed coverage position to help cover the front desk when the Fitness Manager is out of office. Regular hours are Monday-Thursday. Teaching group classes is not required, but would be a benefit if they have experience
Greets all members and guests to create welcoming environment
Develops positive relationships with members
Facility/member tours
Answers incoming phone calls and provides messages or returns calls as needed
Accepts member feedback and concerns professional and communicates to management
Cleaning of fitness center and equipment
Notifies management of equipment needs
Supports data entry projects related to Fitness Center and Pool usage and reporting.
Supports on creation, printing/copying and posting marketing materials as needed
Assists in scheduling residents for orientations and assessments
Communicates any MCEP user issues to direct supervisor and submits “Report a Bug” tickets to Tech Team through the MCEP as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
