Your Role:
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with members, be the face of the fitness program by delivering excellent customer service
Provide fitness assessments
Provide individual and group equipment orientations
Provide personal fitness programs
Create programming to engage residents in fitness and wellness (incentive programs, events, challenges, etc.)
Web portal technology oversight and management
Teach group fitness classes
Create group fitness class schedules
Hire, train, manage and supervise group exercise instructors and personal trainers (contractors)
Personal training
Client relationship- Communications and reporting (monthly and annually)
Equipment preventative maintenance management
Operate and follow all rules, regulations and security protocols provided by client
Compliance with Centers of Excellence
What we are looking for:
Certifications: CPR and AED required, Personal training certificate required, group exercise certificate preferred
Experience: Previous experience in personal training and teaching group exercise preferred
Skills: Excellent communication skills, Google Suite, and Canva
