Runner/assistant for a local construction and real estate company

Job Summary

In this vital support role, you will assist with various logistical tasks, facilitate communication between team members, and ensure that project sites and office functions are well-coordinated. Duties

• Deliver documents, supplies, and small equipment between project sites, suppliers, and the office efficiently and safely
• Assist with basic site errands such as organizing materials or preparing work areas for upcoming tasks
• PUNCTUALITY
• Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal staff to relay messages or gather information
• Assist with property viewings or project meetings

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and execute tasks promptly in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable personal transportatiion(valid drivers license and insurance for the vehicle)
• Experience in construction or real estate operations is a plus but not required
• Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to assisting team members
• Ability to lift light to moderate loads and stand for extended periods during busy workdays
