RESPONSIBILITIES Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and the youth ministry. Lead the overall youth ministry on the campus, ensuring all youth groups/events are executed with excellence. Oversee all Youth volunteer teams/functions/leaders, including eGroups. Identify opportunities to regularly integrate youth into every aspect of the church Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee. MUST-HAVES Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) Passion for NextGen Ministry High-level networking/relational strengths Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure A team player with excellent communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Great attention to detail and time-management skills NICE-TO-HAVES Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting Ministry training or education DAY-TO-DAY We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us. Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun! You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people.
