RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the timelines, execution, and deliverables for all Campus creative requests, as well as helping support central initiatives (Church Anniversary, Easter, Reflect, Year-End, Christmas).
• Process requests, updates, and feedback using our project management platform.
• Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure the creators' well-managed schedules are met.
  When building schedules, you’ll consider the full team’s priorities.
• Manage the execution of relevant campus lobby decor and marketing for selected weekends.
• Manage and operate within budgets related to the department.
• Ensure that end products are delivered to our partners and our Campuses in a timely manner and
  with excellence.
• Work with and maintain multiple relationships: Designers and vendors (to complete design projects),
  our Campus teams and Guest Experience Directors (to ensure all support aligns with the needs of
  the experience), and other Project Managers on our teams (to decide timelines and be aware of other
  team priorities).

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community).
• Experience in building out timelines
• High level of organization
• Excellent at time management and prioritizing
• Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
• High decision-making abilities
• Love working in collaborative environments and have the desire to be continually learning

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
• Familiarity with Elevation Church
• Experience in managing or caring for a team, especially creators
• Experience with Slack and Asana

DAY-TO-DAY

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5:00PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
• You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
• We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
