Elevation Church – Ballantyne Campus | Charlotte, NC

Elevation Church is seeking Live Audio Engineers to support our Sunday and weekday broadcasts and events at the Ballantyne campus. This role helps create excellent worship environments through intentional audio preparation, live mixing, and collaboration with our worship and production teams.

What You Will Do:

• Mix live and broadcast audio for Sunday experiences
• Support and mix rehearsals, youth nights, and weekday events
• Manage console sessions, routing, patching, and RF
• Troubleshoot audio issues in real time
• Partner with worship and production leaders to deliver clear and consistent sound

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in live sound mixing and audio engineering
• Strong understanding of Digico digital consoles and signal flow
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work Sundays and flexible weekly schedules
• A commitment to the mission and culture of Elevation Church
