- Define and optimize team workflows, sprint structures, and operational processes.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards for projects, releases, and team practices.
- Coordinate release governance — ensuring readiness, QA, and rollout planning.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear updates and visibility into progress.
- Support beta testing, user feedback loops, and product validation processes.
- Partner with the Digital Experience Team on roadmapping and prioritization to align delivery with vision.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies between UX, development, and ministry partners.
- Drive continuous improvement, helping the team work smarter and more predictably.
- Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
- Proven ability to build and scale operational systems in cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and release planning.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience improving workflow efficiency and process clarity.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
- Experience working in a church or non-profit environment
- Experience with web and mobile product development (preferably modern stacks).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp for backlog and workflow management.
- Background in game, media, or digital product operations (e.g., release governance, live service delivery).
- Exposure to data-driven product environments — using metrics to inform process improvements.
- We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
- There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
