RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tour & Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute logistics for conferences and one-off events, including travel, lodging, meals, and ground transportation for multiple artists, including Elevation Worship and Elevation Rhythm.
  • Be the liaison between production teams and tour managers to our central department for major touring events throughout the year, including but not limited to Elevation Nights.
  • Ensure seamless communication between creative, production, and administrative teams leading up to each event.
  • Maintain and track event budgets, invoices, and expense reports for all touring and appearances.
  • Works directly with each Tour Manager for individual artists' tours to ensure tour success
  • Tracks ticket sales, partners with marketing and creative teams, agents, and tour promoters to ensure sales are optimized

• Artist Management (Elevation Worship & Elevation RHYTHM)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for artists and musicians, ensuring clarity on schedules, deliverables, and creative expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with artists, creative directors, musicians, and external partners.
  • May be asked to coordinate media requests, interviews, and promotional appearances.
  • Support artist development by helping balance creative vision with logistical execution.
  • Maintain alignment between Elevation Worship and Rhythm brand expressions, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Travel with artists as needed for events and tours, acting as support staff on the ground and managing logistics

• Scheduling & Time Stewardship

  • Maintain artist calendars, including long-range planning, tours, and rehearsals.
  • Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling challenges while maintaining calendar accuracy.
  • Act as a filter for time and commitments, ensuring alignment with ministry priorities and capacity.
  • Maintain a clear view of all commitments and upcoming needs

• Budget & Administrative Support

  • Assist with budget tracking for touring and events
  • Coordinate expense submissions and ensure timely processing.
  • Support with Creative & Marketing leadership communication as needed.

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders, artists, or executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules, projects, and relationships simultaneously.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfort navigating creative, ministry, and operational environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Planning Center, and scheduling tools.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
• Experience in worship ministry, music industry, or artist management.
• Familiarity with label operations, touring, or large-scale events.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and leadership rhythms.
• Background in hospitality, production, or programming coordination.

DAY-TO-DAY

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
