Position Overview
RBTs provide direct behavioral support to children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in structured and natural learning environments.
Services may be provided in the clinic, home, school, or community settings.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior and skill acquisition programs
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction
- Accurately collect data and document session notes
- Support clients with social, communication, and functional life skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy space

Physical & Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, squat, and move with clients for extended periods
- Comfortable working across multiple environments
- Reliable transportation for travel within Utah and/or Salt Lake Counties
- Valid Utah driver’s license and active auto insurance
Education & Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Experience in ABA therapy, education, speech therapy, or occupational therapy
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $17–$22 (based on experience and education)

Training & Supervision
Employees are responsible for maintaining required credentials and completing all necessary trainings, including CPR, background checks, RBT certification requirements, and company-provided training.
RBTs report to the Clinical Director and work under the supervision of a BCBA.
