ElevateMind is hiring a full-time Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations for non-clinical staff. The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operation of our outpatient mental health practice. You will have a wide range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall achievement of the business and maintain high standards of care for the practice.

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the CEOs in the development and implementation of operational goals and plans consistent with ElevateMind’s mission statement
- Fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment for front office and clinical staff
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for front-office staff and provide support when necessary
- Maximizing efficiency of operational processes, recommending solutions and improvements when necessary
- Credentialing and re-credentialing of clinical staff and maintaining attestations
- Cultivating a comfortable and supportive office setting for patients
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or similar, or 5 years business experience
- Experience in business management and supervision
- Ability to work independently with high level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Ability to attain Child Abuse and Criminal History Clearances
