Responsibilities:
- Provide support across classrooms serving children from birth through kindergarten
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
- Step into classrooms as needed to cover breaks, absences, and staff support
- Engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
- Perform diaper changes and assist with toileting as needed
- Help with feeding, cleanup, and overall classroom organization
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Comfortable working with all age groups (infants through kindergarten)
- Willingness to change diapers and assist with personal care routines
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities
