Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe or equivalent certification required)
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Monitor and control food costs, waste, and kitchen efficiency
- Develop and manage labor schedules to meet business demands
- Hire, train, mentor, and retain line cooks and kitchen staff
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution
- Enforce cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the kitchen
- Collaborate with ownership/management on menu execution and operational improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
