Roofing Sales Representative

Elevated Roofing Partners is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to help homeowners with roof replacements, inspections, storm related concerns, and full roofing solutions.

We are a veteran owned, family rooted roofing company built on integrity, communication, clean jobsites, and doing the work the right way. Our team focuses on premium residential roofing, strong customer experience, and long term reputation over high pressure sales.

This role is for someone who is driven, professional, coachable, and comfortable working with homeowners face to face. You will be responsible for generating opportunities, running roof inspections, building estimates, presenting options, following up with customers, and closing roofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate roofing opportunities through referrals, networking, door knocking, events, follow up, and company provided leads
• Meet with homeowners for roof inspections and consultations
• Inspect roofs, identify issues, take photos, and document findings clearly
• Present roofing options, warranties, materials, and pricing in a professional way
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and honest recommendations
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and open opportunities consistently
• Manage your pipeline inside the company CRM
• Coordinate with the office and production team after a job is sold
• Protect company pricing, margins, and reputation
• Represent Elevated Roofing Partners with professionalism in the field

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Roofing, construction, home services, or insurance restoration experience is a plus
• Comfortable talking with homeowners face to face
• Strong follow up and communication skills
• Able to climb ladders and inspect residential roofs safely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self motivated and organized
• Comfortable using a CRM, taking photos, and tracking customer details
• Willing to learn our sales process, roofing systems, warranties, and company standards
• Must be honest, professional, and coachable
