Elevated Roofing Partners is a veteran owned roofing company serving North Idaho and Eastern Washington. We are looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative who knows how to generate their own opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and close deals with integrity.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands sales fundamentals and is comfortable working independently. You will be responsible for both self generated leads and inbound opportunities, inspecting roofs, educating homeowners, and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities
Generate your own leads through door knocking and networking
Follow up with inbound leads and scheduled appointments
Conduct roof inspections and assessments
Educate homeowners on roofing systems, options, and next steps
Build and present estimates and proposals
Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoff
Represent Elevated Roofing Partners professionally in the field
Compensation and Pay
Commission based compensation
Estimated annual earnings range of 65,000 to 150,000 plus per year
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Pay range is competitive for the local market
Training
At this time, we are primarily seeking someone with sales experience
Formal paid training is not currently offered
We prefer to train roofing knowledge rather than basic sales skills

Qualifications
Sales experience required, roofing experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
