The Opportunity
We offer a structured 8-week paid training program designed to set you up for success, no roofing experience required. If you have solid sales fundamentals and the right mindset, we'll teach you everything you need to know about roofing, inspections, and insurance claims. After training, this is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation and Benefits
During 8-Week Paid Training:
- $2,000/month base salary plus commission
- Gas card provided for field expenses
After Training:
- Commission, only with competitive commission structure
- Company truck provided
- Work phone provided
- Uncapped earning potential, estimated $65,000 to $150,000 annually based on performance
Future:
- Health insurance is not currently offered but is part of our long-term plan as the company grows
Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through door knocking and networking
- Follow up with inbound leads and scheduled appointments
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments
- Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process for storm and hail damage
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, options, and next steps
- Build and present estimates and proposals
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project handoffs
- Represent Elevated Roofing Partners professionally in the field
Qualifications
- We'd love someone with sales experience, but if you're hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the work, we'll teach you the rest
- Roofing or insurance claim experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable with door knocking and self-generated leads
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to work independently
