This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inspection Technician located in New London, CT. The Inspection Technician will be responsible for conducting detailed roof inspections, documenting findings, preparing assessment reports, and recommending necessary maintenance or repairs. Daily tasks include climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, utilizing tools and equipment to examine roof conditions, and communicating findings with clients and team members.
- Experience with roof inspections and understanding of roofing systems
- Ability to prepare detailed assessment reports and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Physical ability to climb ladders and access rooftops
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Prior experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
