We’re Elevated Recovery, a leading coaching company helping men overcome compulsive pornography use and rebuild their lives through our high-level Porn Reboot programs. We are expanding our Sales Team and seeking experienced, high-performance Outbound Setters for a long-term role.
This is not an entry-level position.
We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and proven—a true A-player who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently books qualified appointments through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.

What You’ll Do (Daily/Weekly Responsibilities)
1. Outbound Calls
- Make 200–250 outbound dials per shift (cold & warm leads)
- Conduct short triage calls to qualify prospects
- Convert inbound inquiries using our “Chat-to-Sell” process
2. Appointment Setting & Lead Nurturing
- Book qualified appointments for the Sales Team
- Maintain a 60–70% booked-to-show rate
- Follow up with leads from YouTube, Facebook, Google, email, and other channels
3. CRM & KPI Management
- Keep CRM tools (Pipedrive, Asana, Aloware) updated with clean, accurate notes
- Track dials, connections, booked calls, and script adherence
- Meet or exceed KPIs consistently—no reminders required
4. Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing for seamless lead handoffs
- Join internal sales meetings for updates, coaching, and feedback
- Bring ideas to improve scripts, processes, and performance
Requirements (You MUST Meet All of These)
Experience & Skills
- 1.5–2 years outbound calling / appointment-setting experience
- Strong English (spoken written)
- Experience in coaching, fitness, wellness, mindset, or health-related sales
- Confident, proactive, fast learner
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Tech-savvy: Slack, Asana, Google Suite, CRM tools, dialers (Aloware preferred)
Infrastructure (Non-Negotiable)
To ensure uninterrupted work during EST hours, you must have:
Internet:
- Stable fiber connection (30–50 Mbps minimum)
- Backup connection (secondary WiFi or pocket WiFi)
Power:
- UPS or generator
- Or access to a quiet café/co-working space during outages
Location:
- Preference for applicants in historically stable regions
- Applicants in high-typhoon, flood-prone, or extreme-weather areas must demonstrate strong backup systems
