What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Lot sweeper operator position at Elevated Property Maintenance?
Looking for a driver to run graveyard shift (Typically 8pm-4am) route operating a parking lot sweeper and light day portering. No CDL required. Previous experience preferred but not required. During downtime from sweeping crew runs a Snow plow truck and shovel crew when needed.
Must have valid DL, be reliable and self manageable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
