Job Overview
ElevateOS is seeking dependable, experienced contractor housekeepers who take pride in their work and have a strong eye for detail. This role involves providing cleaning services in luxury residential high-rises in Pooler, GA on an as-needed basis, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. Scheduling is flexible, and services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Complete deep cleaning projects and specialized sanitation tasks
• Remove trash and recyclables in a safe, sanitary manner
• Keep cleaning equipment and materials in proper working order, reporting issues promptly
• Follow safety and health guidelines consistently
• Deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet ElevateOS standards
• Maintain clear communication with clients and management to resolve concerns
• Take on additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years of residential cleaning and customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, proper sanitation, and household care
• Ability to use and maintain cleaning equipment effectively
• Experience with laundry and housekeeping management (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing environments

Additional Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Ability to provide all required housekeeping supplies
• Strong communication skills to interact clearly with clients
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently
