Key Responsibilities
- Support classrooms serving children from birth through Kindergarten
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines, transitions, and activities
- Provide coverage for breaks, absences, and additional support needs
- Engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
- Perform diapering and toileting support as needed
- Assist with feeding, cleanup, and classroom organization
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Comfortable working with infants through Kindergarten-aged children
- Willingness to change diapers and assist in personal care routines
- Ability to adapt quickly in a flexible, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively engage in classroom activities
