Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable working outdoors all year round
- Provide claim check and instructs guests on how to reclaim their vehicle.
- Greet Arriving Guests. Open passenger door(s) and offers assistance, if appropriate
- Manage the valet lane. Keep vehicles moving forward in a safe an efficient manner.
- Maintain (Point-of-Sales) POS operations including opening and closing procedures
- Efficient and honest handling of all cash and credit cards adhering to Company procedures
- Daily cleaning booth/podium area of assignment and equipment
- Understand Company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
- Actively participate in creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork
- Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Proficiently operate a POS (point of sales) system for both cash and credit card transactions.
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally

Hourly rate of pay: $12.00
Education and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Six months customer service experience
