Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Manager to manage a team of Telesales Agents on site in our South Salt Lake Office for the sale of IT Services and Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective telemarketing strategies, ensuring CRM accuracy and compliance, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM software and sales technology platforms. The Telesales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets by leading a team dedicated to outbound calling, warm calling, and customer engagement.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales and appointment goals through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategic outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Manage outbound calls, ensuring high-quality and professional communication at all times.
  • Utilize CRM software such as HubSpot to track call activities, agent metrics, and ensure positive trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and sales progress within CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on team performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, technical sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on outbound calling strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms for managing customer data and tracking activities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of technology products or services is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
