Brand Ambassador

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Participate in our daily team meetings and training sessions.
• Conduct in-person, out-of-office presentations to customers on behalf of our brand
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and potentially teach/train other team members.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries in-person, ensuring a positive experience as all interactions will be face-to-face.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills while dealing with multiple customers in a day.
• Represent our brand with high energy and integrity.
• Potential opportunities to move up into team lead roles.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer based roles preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service roles that require excellent people skills and organizational skills is advantageous.
• Additional experience in retail, food service, or sales can be beneficial.

Pay: $690.00 - $920.00 per week
