Family Nurse Practitioner – Full-Time | Elevated Family Care | Colorado Springs, CO
Elevated Family Care is a busy, independent family medicine practice in north Colorado Springs. We're growing and looking for a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Patient demand is strong, so you'll start with a full schedule rather than waiting for it to fill.
About us
- Established in 2020, owned and led by a practicing FNP
- Comprehensive family medicine for all ages, plus hormone replacement therapy (including pellet therapy), chronic care management and wellness care
- A collaborative team of five providers
What you'll do
- Provide primary care for patients across the lifespan: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventive care and physicals
- See about 16–20 patients per day once fully ramped, with a gradual ramp-up schedule while you build your panel
- Collaborate with an experienced provider team and help shape how we grow
- Training in hormone replacement therapy available for interested candidates
What we're looking for
- Board-certified FNP (AANP or ANCC) with an active Colorado APRN license and prescriptive authority, or eligibility to obtain them
- DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one
- 3 years of primary care experience preferred
- eClinicalWorks experience preferred
- Warm, efficient and comfortable with a full schedule
- Physicians (MD/DO) in family medicine are also welcome to apply
Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday, with a one-hour lunch break
- Flexible scheduling
- No nights, weekends or hospital call
Compensation and benefits
- Pay: $120,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience, plus a productivity bonus
- Time off: Four weeks of combined vacation, CME and sick time
- CME: Annual CME stipend
