Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food production, including preparation, cooking, and plating for all meal services.
- Ensure all dishes meet established taste, quality, and presentation standards.
- Support menu execution, including special diets, themed meals, and catered events.
- Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
- Train, coach, and support kitchen staff to ensure strong teamwork and clear communication.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen; monitor sanitation practices and food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost control.
- Participate in resident-focused programs, tastings, and feedback initiatives.
- Foster a respectful, positive work environment and uphold company policies and values.
