Director of Marketing
Elevated Estates of Brooksville is an assisted living facility focused on providing excellent care and a loving home to its residents. We are looking for people excited to join a growing business.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Director oversees the coordination of all inquiries, admissions, sales calls, public relations, community events, correspondence and communication with customers at the designated facility shall be in accordance with the philosophy, policies and procedures established by Elevated Estates LLC. This position requires someone that is familiar with internal and external marketing skills.
- Develop internal programs and coordinate/execute internal events, such as support groups, community blood drives, to support patients that have been DC home and invite the community into the center.
- Create and implement both long- and short-term quarterly marketing/growth plans to achieve budgeted census, quality mix and occupancy target.
- Develop sales opportunities, skilled nursing/LTC, monitor and respond to online referrals, develop and maintain relationships with placement agencies & with referring hospitals by identifying, initiating, nurturing and maintaining contact with physicians, social workers, case managers/discharge planners.
- Must submit census and sales reports as required using company developed reporting tools with the Executive Director.
- Maintain records and results on all referral and admission activity.
Education/Experience:
- 2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environment
- Assisted Living care experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge in Social Security and Medicaid
- Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with providers and other caregivers within facility
- Travel is local during the business day.
- Will have a positive outgoing personality
- Exhibit good time management and organization skills.
