At Elevated Estate Planning, we help families gain peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional to join our team as a part-time Estate Planning & Client Services Paralegal in our Kennewick, WA location.
In this role, you'll work closely with our attorneys to prepare high-quality estate planning documents that help families protect their loved ones and preserve what matters most. You'll also play an important role in guiding clients through the signing process, ensuring every estate plan is accurate, complete, and delivered with exceptional care.
Previous estate planning experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate who has strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

What You'll Do
- Review estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, amendments, and other supporting documents
- Compare documents and attorney notes to ensure every estate plan is complete and accurate
- Prepare client correspondence and communicate with clients to gather information as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate client files
- Perform detailed quality reviews to identify discrepancies before documents are finalized
- Coordinate with attorneys and teammates to keep files moving efficiently through production
- Conduct estate plan signing appointments and explain documents in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish
- Support team initiatives and continually look for ways to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of administrative, legal support, or document preparation experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Paralegal Certificate
- Experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, or Elder Law
- Experience drafting legal documents
- Experience with legal practice management software
