What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tile Installer position at Elevated Creations and Tile?
Elevated Creations & Tile is a local tile company based in Woodland Park, serving Woodland Park, Divide, Florissant, Cripple Creek, Green Mountain Falls, and surrounding mountain communities.
We have a strong lineup of upcoming projects and I’m looking to bring an experienced tile setter onto the team. I’m looking for someone who already knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and can step onto a job and be productive without needing to be taught the basics.
Our work includes custom showers, bathroom remodels, large format tile, flooring, waterproofing systems, niches, benches, and detailed residential tile installations.
This is a contract position starting at $29 per hour. For someone who proves themselves through quality work, reliability, and the ability to work independently, there is room for increased pay as we continue working together. Performance and project completion bonuses may also be available on certain jobs.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and their own basic tile installation tools. Larger specialty equipment can be provided as needed.
We have several larger projects coming up and there is potential for steady, long term work for the right person.
What matters most to me is quality, reliability, and someone who cares about the finished product. I’m looking for someone who can communicate well, show up consistently, work clean, and be part of a crew where everyone pulls their weight.
If you have solid tile experience and are looking for consistent work with a growing local company, I’d like to hear from you.
