Position Summary:
Elevated Community Health is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to support outreach efforts in Lake County. This part-time role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to increase awareness of ECH's services and expand access to care. A primary responsibility of this position is to promote and secure business participation in Elevated Essentials, our Membership model.
This position is primarily field-based and reports directly to the CEO. The Specialist will serve as a local representative of Elevated Community Health, working directly with employers to expand enrollment in Elevated Essentials while also connecting individuals and businesses to medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other services.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct in-person visits to Lake County businesses, employers, and community organizations to promote Elevated Community Health services, with a primary focus on securing business enrollment in Elevated Essentials.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of employer prospects and actively pursue participation in Elevated Essentials.
- Present Elevated Essentials to business owners and decision-makers and facilitate employer sign-up.
- Focus on developing employer relationships that drive measurable growth in Elevated Essentials participation.
- Represent Elevated Community Health at select local events, meetings, or networking opportunities as appropriate.
- Track outreach activity, employer engagement, and Elevated Essentials enrollment efforts using designated tracking tools.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO on employer outreach activity and enrollment progress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Elevated services, eligibility requirements, clinic locations, and program offerings.
- Ensure outreach activities align with ECH's mission, values, and strategic priorities.

Education/Experience:
Must-Haves to be successful:
? Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, marketing, business development, or related field
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and manage schedules effectively
? Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel regularly within Lake County (mileage reimbursement provided)
Nice to Have:
? Experience working in healthcare, particularly in a community health or FQHC setting
