Job Summary
Elevated Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program team. In this role, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in building independence, developing life skills, and engaging in meaningful community and center-based activities.
DSPs play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and positive environment while providing direct, hands-on support throughout the program day. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, implementing individualized support plans, documenting services, and supporting clients in community outings.
This position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to actively engage with participants. Staff should be comfortable providing 1:1 and group support, following behavior support strategies, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with program and state requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a day program setting
- Assist with the implementation of individualized support plans, goals, and behavior support strategies
- Support participants in daily activities, including life skills development, social interaction, and community-based outings
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals at all times
- Provide 1:1 and group supervision as assigned
- Accurately document services, progress notes, and required data in accordance with company standards
- Assist with transportation, including driving clients to and from the program and community activities daily
- Maintain a structured, positive, and engaging environment
- Support individuals with personal care needs when applicable
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and families as appropriate
- Follow all company policies, state regulations, and compliance requirements

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
