New Spirit Recovery LLC is a premier detox and residential treatment facility dedicated to helping individuals on their journey to lasting recovery. We are DHCS licensed, TJC accredited, and known for providing luxury, client-centered care in a compassionate, supportive environment.
We are currently hiring for swing shift positions and are seeking motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a difference in the community.

- Monday - 3pm-11:30pm
- Tuesday - 3pm-11:30pm
- Wednesday – OFF
- Thursday – OFF
- Friday - 3pm-11:30pm
- Saturday - 3pm-11:30pm
- Sunday - 3pm-11:30pm
✅ Position Requirements
- RADT certification or higher (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to safely pass medications and follow established protocols
- Experience using KIPU EMR (preferred; training available)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use, or residential treatment preferred
✅ Job Duties
As a Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Technician at New Spirit Recovery, you will:
- Conduct regular client rounds to ensure safety and well-being
- Complete intakes and discharges accurately and professionally
- Accompany and transport clients to AA/NA meetings and recovery-based community events
- Participate in and support weekend activities and outings
- Provide direct client care, support, and encouragement throughout the shift
- Maintain accurate shift notes, daily logs, and documentation in KIPU
- Assist the clinical team with groups, activities, and program operations
- Promote structure, accountability, and a safe recovery environment
