Job Summary
A General Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. This role involves manual labor, assisting skilled workers, maintaining clean and safe work environments, and completing assigned duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist with construction, maintenance, or warehouse activities as needed
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Clean and prepare job sites, work areas, and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures
- Help with assembly, packaging, or sorting of materials/products
- Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending)
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Work in various weather or environmental conditions (if applicable)
Work Environment:
