Looking for an independent route-based role with room to grow? Elevate Vending Services is seeking a dependable Delivery Route Driver to service client locations throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. This position starts as a part-time evening role, eventually transitioning into a full-time, 5-day, 40-hour-per-week position.

This is a hands-on role involving daily deliveries, loading and unloading product, and maintaining strong relationships with our client sites.

Position Overview

As a Delivery Route Driver, you will begin each day at our Springfield warehouse by loading your assigned route vehicle with food and beverage products. You will then travel throughout the DMV to deliver, unload, and restock products at client locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, driving throughout the region, and being physically active throughout the day.

• We are seeking candidates interested in a long-term role (12 months preferred).
• $500 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days. Bonus is repayable if you leave voluntarily or are terminated for cause within the first 6 months (per a signed repayment agreement).
• Quarterly performance bonus opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Load company van each morning with route inventory
• Safely drive throughout DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia to service assigned client accounts
• Deliver, unload, and stock product at client locations
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Ensure accurate product counts and proper inventory rotation
• Maintain delivery logs and confirm client receipts as required
• Provide professional and friendly service at client sites
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Assist with basic warehouse organization as needed before or after routes (up to 10% of time may be picking orders in the warehouse)

Qualifications

• 1 year of delivery or route driving experience (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving throughout the DMV area
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation to commute to our Springfield location for 7AM start
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously

Additional Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move product throughout the day
• Willingness to occasionally adjust schedule for route changes
• Must comply with Elevate Vending's zero-tolerance drug policy
