Help Desk Specialist III

Elevate Technology Solutions is currently accepting applications for a Help Desk Specialist III. Selected Candidates will work within dynamic leading-edge-technology environments enabling the 805th Combat Training Squadron/Shadow Operations Center – Nellis (ShOC-N) to conduct integration, experimentation, and assessments of emerging technologies and mission procedures to meet warfighter requirements in Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS). This is an on-site position located at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV.

The Help Desk Specialist III will be responsible for the following:

• Provide technical support to system users and customer support staff
• Evaluate user needs, defines technical problems, and works with engineering/development staff to determine solutions
• Assist customer in implementing solutions
• Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance
• Report to a project lead or manager
• Contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project
• Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

The Help Desk Specialist III must meet the following qualifications:

• Associates degree preferred
• Must have 3 years’ experience with Microsoft End User/Business Products (Office)
• IAT Level II certification required; CompTIA Net , A , Microsoft certifications preferred
• Must have a Secret Clearance
