What You'll DoOffice Administration
- Answer phones, emails, and customer questions with professionalism.
- Schedule photography events and manage calendars.
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and client paperwork.
- Coordinate logistics for school and sports photography events.
- Organize digital files and office systems.
- Order supplies and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the owner and leadership team with daily operations.
Photography
- Photograph schools, sports leagues, and portrait sessions.
- Assist with creative planning before photo days.
- Edit images using Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Care for photography equipment and organize digital files.
- Represent Elevate Snaps with professionalism and enthusiasm at every event.
Qualifications
We're less concerned with finding someone who knows everything and more interested in someone eager to learn and grow.
Ideal candidates have:
- Experience in office administration or project coordination
- Photography experience (professional or advanced hobbyist)
- Lightroom and Photoshop experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Outstanding organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize multiple projects
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for weekdays, evenings and weekends
Compensation
