Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Instruction and Lead Education Specialist, the Education Specialist (Mild/Moderate) will be responsible for facilitating special education student success in academics and interpersonal skills, including providing direct instruction for students with exceptional needs and coordinating services for all students with an IEP. The Education Specialist will ensure appropriate accommodations, modifications and individualized materials are provided consistent with students IEPs. Requirements / Qualifications
• Valid CA Teaching Credential for Mild/Moderate Disabilities/Education Specialist • CLAD or BCLAD equivalent • Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s degree preferred
