Roofing Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

Job Description:

Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to hustle?
We’re hiring Roofing Sales Canvassers to walk neighborhoods, identify homes with roof damage, and set appointments for our roofing consultants. If the lead qualifies and sets an appointment, you earn $25. If it closes — you earn an additional $250 bonus.

No experience? No problem. Training is hands-on and fast — you’ll shadow top performers and start earning from day one. This is a high-energy role for people who want to get paid based on performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
• Identify visible storm damage on roofs (we’ll show you what to look for)
• Set appointments for free roof inspections
• Input leads into our system and communicate with the sales team
• Represent Elevate Roof Pro with professionalism and confidence

Compensation:

• $75 per qualified lead (must have visible damage)
• $250 bonus for every closed deal from your lead
• Uncapped earnings — top performers average $1,500–$2,000 per week
• Pay based on performance and experience
• No paid training — but you'll earn as you learn
