Roofing Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Roofing Consultants to join our growing team. This is a 1099 commission-based role — ideal for individuals who want unlimited earning potential and flexibility. You’ll be responsible for inspecting roofs, educating homeowners, and guiding them through the roof replacement process from inspection to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass storm-affected areas and generate qualified leads
• Conduct roof inspections and document findings (photos, notes, measurements)
• Educate homeowners on roof conditions, insurance claims, and roofing options
• Present proposals and secure signed contingency agreements
• Communicate with the office, project managers, and homeowners throughout each job
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent pipeline activity
• Represent Elevate Roof Pro with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience in roofing or construction sales preferred (not required — training provided)
• Smartphone capable of using apps such as AccuLynx, EagleView, or similar

Compensation

• Commission-based pay structure
• Average earnings range from $70,000 – $150,000 annually (no cap)
• Paid on frontend and backend of jobs
• Performance-based bonuses available
